Quality checks are built into material receiving, sample approval, production, final inspection and packing. Control points focus on leather condition, stitching, hole position, hardware fixation, edge finishing, dimensions, logo execution and packing accuracy before products are released for shipment.

Final Inspection
Raw Material Inspection
Materials are checked before they are released to production so surface defects, unsuitable hardware or mismatched consumables do not move into later processes.

Leather & Synthetic Leather
Surface condition, color consistency, visible scars or damage, odor, thickness consistency and flexibility are checked against the approved material requirement.
Hardware Components
Buckles, adjustment rings, rivets and D-rings are checked for plating defects, sharp burrs, deformation and loose fitting before assembly.
Production Consumables
Thread, edge paint, adhesive and hook-and-loop materials are matched to the approved specification and checked for proper bonding or finishing performance.
Pre-Production Sample Approval
Reference Standard
The approved sample and written order details become the production reference for cutting, stitching, assembly and finishing.
Changes Before Cutting
Logo position, hardware style, dimensions or other visible details are revised at the sample stage before production materials are committed.

In-Process Inspection
Workmanship is checked while products are moving through sewing, edge finishing, punching and hardware assembly. Defects are isolated before the next operation rather than carried into finished goods.
Stitching & Edge Finish
Stitch spacing, seam alignment, skipped stitches and edge-paint coverage are checked for visible inconsistency or weak finishing.
Hardware & Hole Position
Rivets, buckles, D-rings and adjustment parts are checked for firm installation, while punched holes are compared with the approved layout.
Immediate Rework
Pieces with loose hardware, uneven stitching, damaged surfaces or incorrect finishing are separated and corrected before they move forward.
Final Product Inspection
Finished products are checked piece by piece before packing. Inspection covers appearance, function and dimensions so visible defects or assembly problems are removed from the shipment.

Packing & Pre-Shipment Verification
The final release check is completed after finished-product inspection and before cartons leave the factory. Product identity and packing details are matched to the shipment requirement.
Order Match
Style, color mix, quantity and packing method are verified against the shipment list before carton sealing.
Labels & Cartons
Hangtags, stickers, inner packing, carton quantities and shipping marks are checked for correct placement and information.
Shipment Record
Final packing or sampling photos can be retained with the order record for shipment verification and later traceability.
